The lady I spoke with wouldn't budge, she told me to write in paperwork for a hearing or fill out an Affidavit of Nonliability form. How come on their end they can tell me which tolls I went though or missed but on my end, when I pay, I have to do the guesswork? It seems like it's designed to trap you. They put a $20 fine on each toll I missed and since I missed five and only paid for two, that added up. I was very surprised at this so I called the number on the notice. I just got a notice in the mail telling me I owe them $104.00. I had to map out to the best of my knowledge which tolls I got on/off. ![]() The website design and functionality is horrible, you should be able to look up the tolls you went though from your license plate. I went though some tolls and went online to pay within the grace period. ![]() I am from out-of-town and visited Chicago over the 4th of July weekend. I have three transponders: an older model that's a largish rectangle, and two newer models that are narrower, thicker, and contoured on the top. Rode all the way from Chicago to western MD using the Tri-State Tollway, Indiana Toll Road, Ohio Turnpike, and parts of the PA Turnpike system without a hitch. Had to use some super glue to hold the mounting strips in place on the lid but with that done I have had no issues. When in use, I've put mine on the top of the left fairing pocket.
